Go to Countries/Regions → choose Select all countries/regions (recommended) → click Save. This allows your app to be tested globally.
Add Testing Group
Go to Closed testing → Testers → Choose Google
Groups → Add this group: closedtesthelp@googlegroups.com and click
Save.
Set App Visibility
Go to Setup → Advanced settings → App availability. Make sure the app visibility is set to Published.
Submit for Review
Now, click the Send changes for review button to submit your testing track configuration to Google for approval.

Check your Dashboard → Apply for production section. There are three key steps that will unlock one after another as things progress:
- Publish a closed testing release: This is the initial setup you completed.
- Have at least 12 testers opted-in: This will unlock once our recruitment begins.
- Run your closed test for 14 days: The dashboard will track the continuous 14-day progress.
We usually start recruitment within 8 hours. Please do not rush; the Play Console often has cache issues or reporting delays. No, you must not. You need to wait for the continuous 14 days of testing to complete before applying. Early submission is a primary reason for Google rejecting production access requests.
