The best way to confirm is to join our Google Group at groups.google.com/g/closedtesthelp yourself. Once joined, use your opt-in link to install the app on your own device. If the download works for you, it is correctly set up for our team as well.
Check your Dashboard → Apply for production section. There are three key steps that will unlock one after another as things progress:
- Publish a closed testing release: This is the initial setup you completed.
- Have at least 12 testers opted-in: This will unlock once our recruitment begins.
- Run your closed test for 14 days: The dashboard will track the continuous 14-day progress.
We usually start recruitment within 8 hours. Please do not rush; the Play Console often has cache issues or reporting delays. We recommend waiting at least 20 hours for the dashboard count to update accurately. Our team takes full responsibility for the testing track, so rest assured we are on it. If you still see no update after 20 hours, feel free to contact us at closedtesthelp@gmail.com.
No, you must not. You need to wait for the continuous 14 days of testing to complete before applying. Early submission is a primary reason for Google rejecting production access requests.
It doesn't matter if you have 20, 50, or 100 installs; the requirement is that at least 12 unique devices must be tested for 14 days continuously. Consistency on the same devices is what builds trust with Google's AI verification process. Our service ensures this exact consistency.
While our 12 managed testers are sufficient for compliance, you can optionally post in our Free Reddit Community at r/ClosedTestHelp for extra peace of mind. This is entirely optional—you don’t need to waste time searching for additional testers, as we take full responsibility for your success.
Yes. We offer refunds if we cannot meet the testing requirements. We also provide extensions or free testing service if needed, although most developers succeed on their very first attempt with us.
Filling out the production access form can be tricky. You can contact us at closedtesthelp@gmail.com for guidance on exactly how to answer Google's questions to maximize your chances of approval.
